Thanks to everyone who came out to last Friday’s Lakehurst is Burning show at the Masquerade. The turnout was great, LiB rocked faces, and everyone seemed to have a killer time. You guys are the best!

Those lads in Lakehurst in Burning sure are a bunch of nice fellas. Especially that Jason Neubert. Such a nice boy, and talented, too. Well, Jason and the rest of the crew want you to come see them play next Friday. It’s a sad day in music when label honchos have to miss their only band’s CD release party. Thinking about it makes me want to curl up on the couch and stuff a half gallon of vanilla down my throat. Maybe shed a tear or two. Luckily for us, however, one very cool, very technologically adept fan captured some footage from the show and posted it to YouTube. It’s like a little rainbow sent to comfort us in our moment of darkness. Can we get three cheers for industrious fans? Yes we can!

The debut EP from Atlanta post-hardcore rockers Lakehurst is Burning (ex-The Paper Champions, Dade County Resistance) is finally out and available for purchase in our online store. We could puff out our chests all proud and shit and tell you how incredible this record is and what an amazing listening experience you’ll have when you actually pick up a copy, but we’d rather just let you decide for yourself.
